What type of items do you engrave?
We engrave a wide variety of items and gifts. Not everything we can engrave is listed on our website. However, at this time, we cannot engrave glass bottles, glass or metal champagne flutes, rings, bangle style bracelets and watches with a retail value over $400. This list in not exhaustive but rather the more common items we are asked to engrave.
What is the normal turnaround for engraving requests?
Most items can be turned around and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders of 5 or more items sometime will take longer. If possible, give yourself 5-10 business days to ensure timely receipt. For quicker turnaround consider picking up your items at our physical location to avoid delivery delays and fees.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, in most cases. Inventory, availability, and complexity of the job will dictate what type of volume discount we can offer. For a written estimate please email us at cousinsengraving@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you with an estimate.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee our products to be as described, personalized as requested and free of manufactures defects. If your order was not received in the fashion stated above it can be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit (for special orders). We CANNOT guarantee uniformity of engraving color on natural products like wood as natural tannins and different densities (knots for example) can cause color variations.
Can I bring in my own items for engraving?
Yes in most cases. Certain items with higher value or hard to replace may not be able to be engraved. Do you repair or fix engraving mistakes from other retailers? In many cases NO because it can not be done without affecting the integrity or finish of those items.
